ABOUT  ARROWHEAD OBSTACLE  TRAIL  RUN

Arrowhead Obstacle Trail Run is a 5k (3.1 mile) event on the scenic trails of Arrowhead Park featuring 12 obstacles.  All proceeds for the event will benefit the Pottawattamie County Trails Association and their effort to build a paved bike and running trail connecting Neola, Underwood, and Council Bluffs, Iowa.  Come support a good cause and have fun doing it!
 
Where:  Arrowhead Park near Neola, Iowa.  Just off I-80 exit 23, only 20 minutes East of Council Bluffs, Iowa.   Park address is 29357 310th Street, Neola, IA 51559.

When:  Saturday April 22nd, 2017 with a competetive wave starting at 11:00 AM and open waves starting at 11:45 AM.  Celebrate Earth Day with nature!

What:  Run, walk, or hike the 5k (3.1 mile) course with 12 obstacles.  NOT a mud run, no mud pits or water crossings.  All obstacles are optional for open waves (mandatory for competitive wave participants).

Cost:  Registration is $35 with no hidden fees.  Price includes admission to the park and parking (please carpool) and event T-shirt if registered by April 9th (sizes and quantites may be limited after this date).  Water and post race snacks also provided.
Top 3 Female and Male finishers in the competitive wave will receive medals.  Medals for Best Costumes will also be awarded (wear something practical to run, climb, crawl, move in).
